Shaimaa Khamis Mustafa

Welcome to my academic page. My name is Shaimaa Khamis M. Mustafa is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics and Clinical Pharmacy at the College of Pharmacy, Cihan University, where she also serves as the Quality Assurance Officer. a B.Sc. Degree in Pharmaceutical Science in 2003 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University, graduating with an Excellent with Honor grade. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D Degree in 2008 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University and, in 2016, was awarded a Ph.D. Degree in Nanotechnology from the Institute of Graduate Studies and Researches, Alexandria University. The Ph.D. thesis was titled “Bio-polymeric Nanovehicular Drug Delivery Systems Targeted for Cancer Therapy.”

With 16 years of experience in the academic field, also served as the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharos University in Alexandria, where she played a pivotal role in enabling the faculty to be reaccredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) in 2021. She has designed and delivered various clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice courses, workshops, and training programs for both pharmacy and medicine students and graduates at numerous hospitals, syndicates, faculties, and institutes in Alexandria, Cairo, El-Beheira, and Zagazig.

My research interests include: Bio-polymeric Nanovehicular Drug Delivery Systems Targeted for Cancer Therapym.
