Welcome to my Academic Profile page. My name is Salih Mustafa Salih. I am a Lecturer (full) and the Head of Nutrition and Dietetics Department with a Ph.D. degree in Food Authenticity and Quality Control, teaching at the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Cihan University, Erbil- Kurdistan Region, Iraq. 

I have a B.Sc. degree in Animal Resources (Salahaddin University- Erbil), PG Diploma in Food Production Management (University of Nottingham, UK), M.Sc. in Food Safety and Quality Management (University of Greenwich, London), and a Ph.D. in Food Authenticity and Quality Control (University of Plymouth, UK).
