I am Sabih Hashim Muhodir Alzuhairy, I am a Professor (full) with Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering, teaching in the Departments of Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Cihan University-Erbil Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

I have a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Kiev Civil Engineering Institute.
