Dr. Omar A. Alnakshabandi is a Lecturer in Hawler Medical University- College of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacognosy. He has been completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Near East University- Cyprus, and Master’s degree in Computer Networks Principles and Practice, Hertfordshire University, London - Hertfordshire, UK. In addition, he completed PhD in Management Information Systems majoring in electronic Government Information Systems, Cloud computing and how can manage governmental organisations through the information systems in the department of Management Information Systems, Faculty of Institute of Graguate Studies and Research in Cyprus International University- Nicosia, Cyprus as well as has specialist in Medical Information Systems and management of Medical records through Information Systems. Nevertheless, Omar has deploma degree in Pharmacy as well as has master (MBA) degree in Business and Management Administration. Address: Erbil-Kurdistan Region Iraq.
