Welcome to my Academic Profile page. My name is Nashwan Qahtan Mahgoob. I am a Professor (Full) with an MD degree in general and laparoscopic surgery, teaching in the Department of {nutrition and dietetics} at Cihan University-Erbil, Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

I have a MBCHB and FICMS an FACS in surgery.

I am a member of Iraq National and International Membership: Member of Iraqi Surgical Association; from 1996 - till date; Member of Iraqi Medical Association of Gastroenterology and Hepatology; from 2002 - till date; Member of Iraqi Laparoscopic Surgery Association 2004- till date; Member of Mosul oncology society 2005 till date; Member of ESO (European society of oncology) ; Member of EASO (European Arabic society of oncology) 2010 till date; Member of Kurdistan association of surgery (KAS) 2017; Advisory board in international Iraqi medical association(IIMA); Member of Iraqi obesity and metabolic surgery association.
