My name is Hala Mahmood Shakir I am a lecturer with a Ph.D. degree in private law teaching the Department of  law at Cihan University –Erbil, Kurdistan Region ,FR. Iraq. I have a B.Sc. Degree in Law, MSc. degree in private law and a Ph.D. Degree in private law .

I am an employee at the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kurdistan Region .
