So we have fallen in love with Egypt and its people.  So much so that we are planning to spend next winter in beautiful Luxor.

So my next little project is to learn about its unparalleled cultural heritage and to speak a little Arabic.

If I could learn 1% of what my great habibi George Magdy knows about the story of Egypt then I would be a happy man.

And if I could understand 1% of how my Egyptian brother Mohamed Nour lives his life with so much kindness and respect then I should be content.

So let’s see how we get on….
