How It Works
1. Apply: Fill out a brief online application telling us about your interests, goals, and what you are looking for in a mentor or mentee.
2. Match: Our team carefully reviews each profile to pair mentees with mentors who share similar interests, backgrounds, or career fields.
3. Connect: Attend our orientation session and meet your match! We provide the framework and activities to get the conversation started.
4. Grow: Pairs meet to work on goals, attend workshops, or simply grab a coffee and talk about life.
