Any district that is a member of their local ESC is eligible to utilize Cooperative Programs contracts with awarded vendors.

How are ESCs able to provide purchasing procurement for school districts in Indiana?
Indiana code IC 5-22-4-7 states that a governmental body may enter into an agreement with other governmental bodies under IC 36-1-7 to form a cooperative purchasing organization. Indiana code IC 20-20-1-2 states that ESCs are an extended agency of school corporations in Indiana.
What are the main benefits of using Cooperative Programs contracts?

Who should I contact if there is a vendor my district would like to work with that Cooperative Programs does not have a contract with?

How do I know if my district's account is connected to the Cooperative Programs contract?
The district would need to contact their sales representative at the vendor and ask which contract their account was connected to. Please look at the specific contract page for details on how to set this up.
