Senior Parent Projects

Dear Senior Class Parents,

Thank you to those who attended the senior parent meeting on Monday, March 24. For those who were unable to join us, I want to ensure you have all the necessary information. Please find attached a revised agenda with updated dates. Note: The date for the Senior Surprise has changed to April 25—please update your calendars accordingly.

Additionally, I have attached a PNG file of the school crest with the class name, identical to the printed version given to students at the end of the school day yesterday.

Senior Tribute Night – Collage Poster Boards: 

The poster boards for Senior Collages (to be displayed during Senior Tribute Night on May 16) are available for pickup at the front office. These are due by April 22.

Commencement Ceremony Tickets: 

Each graduating student has been with six tickets to ensure all families have a fair opportunity to celebrate this special occasion. These tickets will be available for parent pickup at the front office starting tomorrow (3/26). They will be placed in an envelope under each student’s name. Please note that these tickets will be required upon entry to the commencement ceremony.

Requesting or Donating Extra Tickets:

While we cannot guarantee extra tickets will be available if any tickets are returned, they will be redistributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your family needs more than six tickets, please let us know.

If your family does not need all six tickets, we kindly ask you to consider donating any unused tickets. You may:

• Return them to the front office for redistribution.

• Offer them directly to another family who may need extra tickets.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us accommodate as many guests as possible while ensuring an equitable experience for all.

Senior Parent Meeting 9/17
Meet with Student Life Coordinator Ms. Perez to get an overview of the events for seniors this year. Particular focus will be given to Yearbook Ads, Caps and Gowns, and the trip to Washington, D.C.

Senior Surprises

Parent tradition of surprising the Seniors with a meal or treat. Please reach out to Marcela Anez and Dyan Carbone if you would like to participate. 

Cap and Gown Prep

Looking for volunteers to help steam gowns in Quarter 4. (Sign-up link will be added)

May 16th Senior Tribute Night

Parents will be provided in advance with collage boards to make tribute posters for their students. Please be sure to attend the meeting on 3/24 for more information!
