Last June, 2 of our teachers took part in this training course in Rome.
They spent 1 week learning about online applications and online environments that boost collaborative work and creativity such as Padlet, Slido, Plot Generator, or Canva.
During this course, the participants gained hands-on experience of using and creating content in each application, with ample time for reflection and discussion on their strengths and weaknesses, and possible application in their teaching contexts.
The skills acquired in this course will help them to make their classes more engaging and inclusive by involving students in exciting collaborative projects, or creative online activities.
2 of our teachers travelled to Rome in order to take part in this training course last July.
They spent 1 week learning about the therapeutic power of Visual Arts through first-hand experimentation of various art techniques such as painting, 3D, collage, mixed media, and photography. In addition, they were involved in group and role-playing activities related to the important role of art in the case of students with special needs.
