Internet Privacy Policy and Web Site User Agreement


Thank you for visiting The City of Alamosa’s Parks & Recreation (P&R) web site. Your privacy is very important to us. We respect and are committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy lets you know what information is collected and how your personal information is processed and used.


Information Collected and Stored Automatically

When you visit The City of Alamosa’s P&R web site, the Web server automatically collects certain data such as the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed the site, the type of browser and operating system used to access our site, the date and time you accessed our site, and if you linked to our web site from another web site, the address of that site. This information does not result in the identification of your personal e-mail address or other personal information. III. TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. This agreement may be terminated at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all The City of Alamosa site(s) and all related documentation, copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from The City of Alamosa if in the City of Alamosa's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other The City of Alamosa site (s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.


IV. DISCLAIMER

The materials presented in www.alamosarec.org are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The City of Alamosa P&R disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
