Participants and Posters

We have dedicated poster presentation slots in the schedule. The poster boards are numbered. Please check your poster number and put the poster only on the designated poster board. 

Please put up your poster by 9 am on the respective day. Be near the poster during the breaks (tea, lunch, dinner) whenever possible, other than the dedicated poster slots. 

Remove your poster by the end of the day and keep the poster ready for the next day's event.
