If you have any problems with your IPADS:
Call the hot tech line (559) 935-7633
If they are not able to help you
Call the HES office and make an appointment
Mr. Murillo our HES Computer Technician will assist you
If you do not have an LTE, your student will be placed on a waiting list
If you have a LTE Ipad and still have connection problems
Your student can make an appointment to use the Connection Center
You can drive your student to our parking lot and connect to the school Wi-Fi
Be patient with our virtual school, sometimes ZOOM has its own problems beyond our control

Si no tiene una IPAD con internet, su estudiante estará en una lista de espera
Si ya tiene una IPAD LTE, y todavía tiene problemas conectándose:
Su estudiante puede hacer una cita para usar el Centro de Conexión
Puede también traer a su estudiante en el estacionamiento y conectarse al Wi-Fi de la escuela
Por favor de tener paciencia con la escuela virtual, algunas veces hasta ZOOM tiene problemas más allá de nuestro control.
