greetings!

Welcome to 3rd grade! My name is Carla Huter and I will be your child’s 3rd grade teacher! I am thrilled that we will get to spend the year together and hope that one day soon we will be back in the classroom! This year begins my 19th year of teaching! I spent most of my years teaching 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade! I am a certified teacher Pre-K-3 and also have a Masters in Education degree with a Reading Endorsement from Kent State University and Notre Dame College. I have been married for 11 years to my husband Scott and we have a daughter named Emma who is 9 years old (4th grade) and a son named Alex who is 6 years old (Kindergarten)! I enjoy running (I enjoy doing a lot of races), walking, bike riding, working out, the beach, basketball, and most of all spending time with my family. I am looking forward to a smooth year and building strong relationships with you and your child!
