What is Resource Room?

In the Resource Room setting, a special education program can be delivered to a student with a disability. During this designated class time, a student's specific needs are supported as defined by their Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). IEP goals guide student work during their time in Resource, as IEP goals are met and addressed using both skills lessons and general education curriculum materials, which can be differentiated in a way that will enhance the learning experience of each individual.
