About Ms. Ballina

Ms. Ballina is a native of Asturias in Northern Spain. She moved to the United States in 2007.

 She has a BA in Law from the University of Francisco de Vitoria and the Complutense University of Madrid. She holds an MST from Pace University in Adolescent Education and a TESOL CRITI Advanced Certificate from Binghamton University

 Ms. Ballina has been teaching at CHHS since 2017. Before coming to CHHS, she taught at a public school in Rockland County for 8 years and at a private school in New Rochelle for one year.

Ms. Ballina is the advisor and co-advisor of several clubs at CHHS as well as one of the Coordinators for the New York State Seal of Biliteracy Committee.
