What We Do?

The Go Further Team exist to support young people to explore higher education and other Level 4 options. Our aim is to help our young people understand and navigate the barriers they may face in their progression, enabling them to make a well-informed choice for their future. The team members are Level 6 qualified advisors, with many years of experience providing impartial CEIAG (Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance). We have strong relationships with local widening participation teams and careers networks. We work collaboratively with local schools, alternative education providers, colleges and community programmes to support transition into Further and Higher Education. A well-established Peer Coach programme provides East Sussex College learners with study support and revision coaching for local Year 11 students. The Go Further Team alongside Peer Coaches is developing online support and social media platforms to build a community of students and alumni who will create a legacy of information, communication and support.
