Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership conducted its first workshops for students on the topic of Emotional Well-Being in Relationships. The session was conducted on the 18 October, 2022 from 06:30 to 09:30 p.m. in an online zoom platform. The workshop was free and open for all students of CHRIST with a maximum capacity of 50 seats on a first come first serve basis.
The workshop was facilitated by Col. Ranjeev K Babu (Agile coach and facilitator and IC Agile Authorized trainer)' and the session was especially useful to all aspiring leaders to ponder about the importance of relationships and seeking emotional balance in their lives.
All participants were given a context of “How to be in control and never lose yourself ?”. Participants had an introspection and self-questioning session on how and what type of relationships they’re in? and examine if they are just in any relationship or a meaningful and worthwhile relationship?; They were able to self assess about their relationship’s emotional impact upon oneself and his/her close ones. In all we had 30 participants who attended the full workshop of three hours and they all received E-Certificates.
