Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership conducted an event (online) that was completely unique from the rest. It was hosted on Oct 31, 2020. The Event was hosted so three different individuals could sharer their own Personal Leadership initiatives. The Chair believes that Leadership does not come through positions, and so valued coming from the ground while life happens - hence its quote "Leadership happens as Life Happens".
The Untold event took place in three episodes - Plot, Conflict and Resolution. The event had three very different speakers who shared their life stories of Personal Leadership in their lives and how they moved forward. The Extravaganza Hub of Young Leaders volunteers of PKCL - Mehak Jain (Young Leader) and Shashwat along with the support of the staff of the Leadership Chair - Mr. Samuel S George and Ms. Rashi Rutherkumar Kadabur organized the event.
The Speakers for the event had three exceptional stories in 3 episodes but all in one session, The speakers were:
1) Lankoti Sambrajyam - "The Super Daadi",
2) Paulami Patel - "The Armstrong Phoenix",
3) Udit Jain - "Mr Vortex".
Nicolan Mendes started the event off by welcoming the gathering and handing over the virtual mic to Hannah Jacob who was the moderator for the session. The speakers shared their stories how they each faced the adversity and problems and how they fought against it, and lived their lives. The stories shared were truly an inspiration to all present.
A woman who fought against all the odds and tackled the complexities of family, loss of a loved one and her family business to build her own empire. With a vivid laugh and a subtle ache, she was there to share the nitty-gritty of her life's journey and being a 'leader' at home
A fierce and 28 years old Mumbaikar who was been defying luck since she was 12 years old when she got electrocuted and consequently amputated.
With a box of stained memories and unmatched courage and she is was there to share her life story.
A vortex that stands strong against coming what may and also a real leader with real-life problems.
He had some of his darkest times- failed in CA, a 10-year long-broken relationship and some unsuccessful business ventures that broke him from within a hundred times but could not hold him back as there was light at the end of the tunnel.
