S'Amuser event was part of the initiative oPraveen Kenneth chair on Leadership to engage the students of CHRIST, and to give them a platform to be in action and take up different initiatives to do, focusing on building their leadership skills and influence.
Leadership Chair's main focus was to instill in the new student joinees of CHRIST, A reason for becoming a leader and also helping the students discover the leader within them through the Four -day event S’AMUSER.
While keeping the philosophy of learning through enjoyment in mind, the event shows an awareness on the theme of leadership which is neatly packed with games and activities, “To amuse oneself”. All the events planned were well connected to bring out the talents of leadership in the students.
The Events Conducted for the Four days were as follows:
Christ Got Talent - 25 August, 2021
Swirled Words - 26 August, 2021

Flex and Fix - 28 August, 2021
Our first event was CHRIST got talent. It was a platform where christites could do anything be it Acting, Singing, Poetry, Dance, Standup Comedy, or anything they are good at. At the leadership chair, we practice a Psychological safe space where people can express themselves without any hesitation.
The event was conducted on the Webex Platform on 25th August 2021 from 6pm
Swirl words was a game of the crossword puzzle and riddles which was hosted on day 2 of the S'Amuser event. A crossword puzzle would be displayed and riddles would also be displayed catering to a certain leadership quality like empathy, confidence, etc.; and the participants would be sent to breakout rooms. They would discuss amongst themselves and come up with the correct answers. The main motive of the event was to allow those participating to experience team building as they worked on a team by finding answers to the questions. The event was conducted on the Webex Platform on 26th August 2021 from 6 pm
Perfectly Imperfect was all about movie clips and it was conducted as part of the day 3 of the S'Amuser event. A random scene from a movie was displayed and everyone had to guess the movie. And another scene from the same movie was shown which depicted a certain leadership quality and that leadership quality or role was explained.

Flex and Fix was the webinar event that was conducted on day 4 - last day of the S'Amuser event. The webinar was hosted by the students volunteer members of the PKCL and a teacher selected by them. Each of the student speakers talked about their leadership journey's and their learnings from PKCL and to mix it up we had a teacher share her experience as well. The following were the speakers for the Flex and Fix webinar
1) Mehak - is a recent alumni of CHRIST. She spoke about her initiatives at the workspace, her failing when in college and how she overcame them
2) Shashwat - is a final year student and he spoke about the transition of being in the campus from an online more to offline mode; and how things have changed in lockdown.
3) Ayesha - is the second year students who joined and began her journey as a student of CHRIST in an online mode. She spoke about how offline life has been for her and how the Praveen Kenneth Chair on Leadership online engagement has helped her.
4) Dr. Jyothi Kumar - is the Dean, BGR campus. She is a united board fellow with over 20 years of teaching experience in areas of General Management, Finance, Taxation and Strategic Management for both undergraduate and the post graduate levels. Dr Jyothi Kumar spoke from her own experience of working in an online.
