The answer to the question, Are Leaders Born or Made? - Is best answered with the response that it is both i.e. on the one hand there are people who have virtues that give them a head start, and then on the other hand there are people who in spite of adverse circumstances and challenges and leadership traits to inherit have pushed themselves to become leaders - How? Because, leadership skills can be acquired and learnt by anyone
