“Your core values are your deciding factors for success.”~Tobi Delly

The session commenced with Mr. Shenoy giving a brief description of the term ‘Excellence’ and why excellence is a necessity for organizations. Excellent organizations achieve and sustain outstanding levels of performance that meet or exceed the expectations of all their stakeholders and thus excellence is a quality that is extremely essential to all organizations. He then introduced the EFQM model of Excellence and further explained why it is important to use that model as a foundation to build excellence.
Shenoy emphasized that technology and processes cannot make the dream of institutionalizing excellence and ultimately help organizations grow until the people who engage in those activities are motivated and committed to their work. Through his power-packed presentation and several motivational videos, Mr. Sudhakar Shenoy induced a passion for excellence in every member of the audience.
Excellence is definitely about not stagnating but innovating, reinventing, and ensuring you have dynamics up to date systems and processes in place for leadership within the organization to ensure it is there for its people.
