MESTA is the umbrella identity that unifies all student clubs, events, and initiatives within the Department of Media Studies, Bangalore Central Campus. It provides coherence, leadership development, collaboration, documentation, branding, and institutional memory to student activities while functioning as a student-led professional ecosystem that mirrors the structure and practices of contemporary media organisations. Beyond fostering professional excellence, the Association is committed to the holistic development of students by nurturing creativity, communication, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, ethical values, and a spirit of service, preparing them to become responsible media professionals and engaged citizens.
