From financing budgets to enforcing the Standard Operating Procedure, we often function as the backbone of CAPS. We aim to use our strategic and conflict-resolution skills to improve and enhance the internal operations of CAPS.

As we organise Volunteer Engagement Programs, we ensure to maintain the rigour handling of the documentation of reports and handling volunteer training and support. We ensure a smooth functioning of the volunteer engagement and their learning experience.

Content Creator is equivalent to being an avid reader. Through creating quality content, citing knowledge from data and well-versed resources of academic content, we facilitate conceptualising the content based on suggestions and analysis.

Apart from content generation, we ensure valuable research and validate the Intellectual Property at CAPS. Through precise and rigorous proofreading, we guarantee maintaining the house-style and branding through Visual QC and critical review.

With spontaneity and exceptional communication skills, we ensure the successful delivery of vast training sessions, customising and preparing lesson plans according to the client’s needs. We believe in teamwork, conflict management and exceptional planning.
