Each year in Boise, our team sells over 100 homes—almost entirely by referral. We’re proud of that number, but even prouder of what it makes possible.

We donate the commission from our 100th home sale to local nonprofits and lead a full home renovation for a family in need. It’s a true community effort: contractors, volunteers, and neighbors come together like a symphony, each playing a part—whether it’s with tools, time, or heart.

We may conduct the project, but the spirit of Boise brings it to life. This is servant leadership in action, and it’s the clearest expression of who we are.
