The Academy of Health & Community Services Principal
Mrs. Arnelle Lynch-Wesley
It is an honor to serve as the Principal of the Health and Community Services Academy. While I am a proud 2001 graduate of Christian County High School, I recognize that we are beginning a bold new chapter for our students and our community on this new campus. This academy represents an exciting opportunity to build a powerful future, one that prepares our students not only for academic excellence but also for meaningful service and leadership within our community.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky in 2005, followed by a Master’s in School Administration from Murray State University and an Educational Specialist degree from the University of the Cumberlands, where I earned my Rank 1 and Director of Pupil Personnel certification. With 20 year in education, I have served as principal, assistant principal, curriculum specialist, and a classroom teacher. Through these roles, I learned the importance of supporting both our educators and our students.
I am a resident of Hopkinsville and am deeply invested in the success of our local schools. I have been married to my husband, William, for 15 years, and we are the proud parents of two daughters, Malaya and Allianna.
Our mission is to lead an inclusive, student-centered academy where every individual feels supported and empowered to grow. We are committed to ensuring our students have the best staff to deliver high-quality, career-connected instruction and real-world learning opportunities through strong community partnerships. We will work each day to provide students with the career-connected experiences they need to graduate as confident leaders ready to pursue postsecondary education or enter the workforce in service to their community.
I invite our families, community members, and partners to join with us as we embark on this journey to support our students. Together, we have the chance to build something powerful for our students’ futures, and I could not be more excited to get started.
