Jo Cotterill is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW). She has over 25 years of experience as a social worker and also has qualifications in Psychology, Social Impact Management and Life Coaching.
Jo specialises in working with:
People who have experienced trauma
People suffering from mental health conditions
Young people (over 14 years of age)
People with migrant backgrounds
Aboriginal people and families
People who experience discrimination.
In her personal life Jo Cotterill works while travelling around Australia with her husband in her "Bug Out" Caravan, an innovative off-road caravan that burns its own waste, recycles its own grey water, makes its own power and connects to the internet anywhere in Australia. Jo's only child, a son, is at university in Melbourne studying Aviation and her extended family (parents, sisters, nieces, step-sons etc) all live in North NSW/ SE QLD where she eventually hopes to settle.... if the road doesn't call her back....
