No, you can customize your sponsorship amounts to best fit the businesses in your school community! Set your goal amount first and be sure not to set sponsorship amounts too low, as you may find that the sponsorships raised don't generate enough to cover the full cost of your shirts.
There are several factors that will drive the cost of your Event Shirts:
Shirt Type & Color Choice: White cotton shirts are always your lowest cost option. Dyed garments, softer spun fabrics, or blended textiles are all worthwhile, but will increase the cost of your order.
Print Locations: More locations will increase the price of your shirt. But don't let that deter you - this is why business sponsorships are key! Those sponsorships can easily offset the added cost of sleeve and back print locations and generate added profit for your school!
Number of Ink & Shirt Colors: Each ink/shirt color in an order requires additional equipment, setup, and materials, which increase the price of your shirts. If you're looking to save cost and increase profit, we recommend using some of our great single-color design templates!
Order Size: There are a lot of fixed costs associated with screen printing shirts. By spreading these costs across a larger number of shirts, you'll pay less per shirt. Reference our Pricing Guides for which quantities price breaks occur at.
Yes! Our sketchbook designs are fully customizable in terms of ink colors, text, and mascots/logos! Send us your school colors plus a high-resolution image of your mascot or ask us to pull one from our design archives! Lion, tigers, and bears...and more! We have them all!
Yes! Whether you host a student design contest or have a creatively talented volunteer, send over any pre-made designs to your Gear Rep and our graphic designers can add them to the mock-up and create all the necessary production artwork to turn your design into reality! High-resolution files (PDF, EPS, AI) are preferred. Some pngs and jpgs may be subject to a design fee if the quality/resolution requires our design team to rework these images.
The sooner, the better! Schools who raise significant funds from shirt sponsorships begin the process months before their fundraising campaign kicks off. This gives plenty of time to solicit and receive sponsorships from local businesses. We recommend placing your order about 5 weeks before your event, however your Booster Gear Rep will be able to give a specific due date based on your program dates and shipping time from our print shop.
