What should I do if I damage a book?
Mrs. Vergin is a book repair specialist! If a book is damaged, it should be returned to the library so she can look at it. If it is still okay for the library, you will be able to check out new ones. If it ruined, you will have to pay for the book. If you pay for a book, you are able to keep it.
What if I forget my library books?
It's okay to forget once in a while! If you forget your books at home, you will choose a "look at" book to read during library time and check out new books next time. You have to return all of your books before you can check out new ones.
How long can I keep a book?
All library books are checked out for one week. If you aren't finished with the book, you are welcome to renew it. Just bring the book with you to library so it can be checked out again.
