Leads in the selection, organization, and sharing of digital resources and tools to support teaching and learning and develops the digital skills of others.
Instructional Partnerships
Partners with educators to design and implement evidence-based curricula that integrates elements of critical thinking, digital citizenship, and the active use of technology.
Empowers Students
Encourages students to become increasingly self-directed as they create digital products of their learning that engage them in critical thinking, and authentic real-world problem solving.
Supports student learning through the selection and integration of instructional technology tools and databases into the curriculum
Selects library materials that reflect curricular and student needs
Insures current tools and databases are on the library webpage
Holds weekly classes with K-2 students to promote literature, making, and coding
Collaborates with other grade levels to facilitate independent research
Design library/research lessons to engage students in critical thinking, collaboration, and authentic real-world problem solving
Be a resource for team, grade-level, and building meetings to provide support for students and staff
Increase use of MakerSpaces by students to create projects that showcase learning, 2024-25
Create schedule for and list of resources available in the CE&MS Library MakerSpace, 2024-25
Re-establish Creators Club and Coding Club at CMS, 2024-25
