1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Chilling, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on July 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received or postmarked by this deadline.

3. How to Enter

• Automatic Entry: All active Chilling subscribers as of August 31, 2025, will automatically receive one (1) entry.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle with Mario Kart (approximate retail value: $399). Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Chilling reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via random drawing on or around September 7, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Permission
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Chilling a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes, including but not limited to Chilling’s website, social media, and email marketing—without further notice, review, or approval, and without additional compensation. Participation in any photos or videos is optional and not required.

7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Chilling, which are final. Chilling reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions. Chilling assumes no responsibility for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the giveaway.
