If at first you don't succeed - TRY AGAIN!
As you know, most courses and live virtual trainings include a Final Exam. Staff completing these trainings will have 2 attempts to pass the Final Exam with a minimum of an 80% passing score.
In the event that both attempts to pass the Final Exam are exhausted, the trainings will be re-assigned to you in order to complete once again.
Please note that training reassignments for additional attempts to pass Final Exams will be done on a regular basis but cannot be guaranteed to be reassigned the same day. In the event that you contact the Instructor and/or Training Manager about reassigning a training, be sure to include the TRAINING TITLE in your email/Relias communication.

Netiquette is online etiquette. These are guidelines for acceptable behavior while interacting with instructors, trainer and other learners in an online setting. An online/virtual setting is a professional environment. There are expectations for your behavior regarding all activities related to the course/training. A helpful “rule of thumb” is to remember that “if it is not acceptable face-to-face behavior, then it is not acceptable online behavior either.”
