Do you have a staff member who doesn't want to downlaod the app but would like to be health hero? Have them scan this QR code to fill out the survey to become a health hero!

Here is a template to email clinicians about what a health hero is and how to fill out the questionnaire. 

• Great way to welcome new employees by having them become a part of the app

• Encourage long-term families/ patients to check out the health heroes section of the app to help foster community within the hospital

• Every month review health heroes and update accordingly to ensure it stays current with your staff.

• Consider having a coffee/tea social to encourage staff to sign up for Health Heroes and download the app
