The success of the app is not just on your shoulders - in fact - that's the OPPOSITE of how we want you to feel.
However, with any change comes some work on the front end to educate staff about what's new.
To make it as easy as possible on you, we've created a fool-proof checklist to get staff onboard to the app.
Send an email series to your team leaders. There is a series of three emails to get staff ready and excited for the Child Life On Call app to come to their hospital. Here is a sample email series you can use.
Here's what to tell the team when you are at rounds:
Ask everyone to download the app while you are with them during rounds, so they have the resource available.
Ask if any other staff want to join the committee to ensure the success of the app. These members can be invited to customer success meetings and can help "champion" this resource.
As a part of your access to Child Life On Call, you can print and provide your staff with badge buddies, magnets and other marketing materials. Navigate to the "marketing materials" section of the dashboard.
Ask the leaders how it's going and get feedback about how it's going.
