SUMMER CAMP DATES and WHO CAN ATTEND

Weight Room/Conditioning and Skill building- Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10:30 am starting June 18th 

Dates and times:  July 29th-August 2nd  from 8-10:30am on Asgard Yard.   

Open to all girls 7-12 grade. No experience required. 

PV athletes enrolling in 9-12 grade must be CLEARED to participate.   (If you had your physical in November or later last year you do not need another for the 2023 fall season)

Attire: Dress for physical activity, bring running shoes and cleats or turf shoes, a stick, shin guards, a full disposable water bottle, sun screen, mouth piece, and once issued, the reversible tank top. (sticks are available to checkout, wait until the Jamboree to buy a stick).  The camp will include instruction for the beginner through advanced level player. Players can expect to improve their playing ability through individual and group activities: including stick skills and drills, proper conditioning techniques, offensive and defensive scrimmage and game play.  

NOTE:   Water jugs WILL NOT be available please bring your own water!   

Cost: Cost $150 (due before first practice).  Pay Online at the Viking Vault (See below). 

Each camper will receive a Camp Reversible Tank Top before the end of camp.
