The simple "just press play" resource fosters life skills such as stress reduction, improved focus, compassion, gratitude, and self-regulation as key elements in a student's continuous improvement.

Click skip till phone number: insert number & press verify
Enter 4 digit code you received by text & enter it in @Home app. Press verify.
Select grade level and listen!
