The Mission of the Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) is to provide recreation opportunities to the greater Chico Community in a coordinated and cost effective manner. The Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) provides quality recreational programs to people of all ages in the greater Chico area, and maintains several public parks for recreational use.
