Greet guests as they arrive
Answer questions
Help guests find seating
Create a welcoming atmosphere
Responsibilities:
Pray with attendees during ministry time
Provide encouragement and support
Maintain confidentiality and compassion
Requirements:
Comfortable praying with individuals
Approved by ministry leadership (if applicable)
Responsibilities:
Assist worship leaders and musicians
Help with backstage needs
Coordinate transitions throughout the event

Clean and organize event areas
Return equipment and supplies
Restore facility spaces
