Create the entry for your Works Cited page as soon as you decide to use a source. Saves time, and you won't forget where you got the information!

Use this as a quick template for the most common sources you'll be using

Always italicize book and journal titles.
Use "n.p." if no publisher name is available and "n.d." if no publishing date is provided.
For online sources, include the URL or DOI. If the URL is lengthy, you may use a shortened version.
