Using the web page of computer science pioneers, choose at least 2 pioneers from the list. I have grouped them into 4 categories. YOU ARE NOT LIMITED BY MY LIST! If you choose to research someone that is not on my list, just put their name on the spreadsheet. Just make sure that the person is/was involved in computer science.
Then create a slide presentation explaining what your pioneers did. Give a quick background on the person (1 slide), where they worked/what they did for a living (1-2 slides), and then an explanation of their product (2-5 slides).
So in total, you should have 5-8 slides on each individual.
I will give 5-10 bonus points for extra individuals. Depends on effort
Only ONE pioneer per person in class. Add your pioneers to the list above, so we know who is taken.
