My name is Bailey Peoples and I have been teaching music at Pine Ridge Elementary since 2019.  I am so excited I get to see all of my favorite Pine Ridge Panthers again this school year! 

I am a Colorado native and I am also a product of Cherry Creek Schools.  I attended Fox Hollow Elementary, Falcon Creek Middle School, and Grandview High School.   Choir has been my passion ever since I was in my very own elementary choir at Fox Hollow and I was involved in choir for the rest of my education. From there, I received my Bachelors in Music Education K-12 from the University of Northern Colorado in December of 2018.

During my education at UNC, I also gained a passion for the ukulele.  I taught myself how to play by finding songs and chord charts online.  Now, my ukulele is a staple in the music classroom from playing accompaniment to our many class songs to providing key management transitions.  It brings me so much joy to share my ukulele passion with every student here at Pine Ridge!

I believe that music belongs to everyone, and I am determined to help foster a love and an appreciation for music in every Pine Ridge Panther!
