Winter training will start 12/2 @ 3:50-5:15 after school.
December= 3x week (M,T, Th)
No formal meeting the week of Midterms (12/16-20)
Jan 7- Feb 14= 4x wek (M-Th)
As we get closer to the Spring season, athletes need to be prepared for colder weather. When sun and weather permit, we will be outside. Typically those days will be 50 degrees and calm wind. Below 50 or windy days, we will be inside in the lower hallway and/ or weightroom.
Dressing in layers is key to comfort and performance. Suggestions for layering can be found here.
The schedule for indoor meets we will participate in as a team can be found on the Schedule page of this website. Athletes are welcome to attend other meets on their own.
