Joining the military is a common alternative to attending college after high school. There are many benefits of joining the military, including: career exploration and development; a steady income and benefits; tuition assistance for college after service.

There are five branches of the military: Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)

Candidates interested in enlisting in the military must take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). This is a standardized test and the score is used to determine which jobs within the military you may be eligible for. It's important you prepare for this test to give yourself as many options as possible

ASVAB Test Prep:

*August 28th 2020: In the past, we have offered the ASVAB at Endeavor, but we are currently unable to allow visitors in the building (including the military recruiters who proctor the exam). If you're interested in taking the ASVAB you'll need to contact your recruiter directly.
