Eaglecrest Football Mission Statement
A. To be consistent and responsible coaches and mentors for young people so they can find solace that our coaches are always working and present for our athletes in all facets of life.
B. Cultivate an environment that supports each player to succeed academically and assist with growing up dealing with difficulties that come with being a teenager in society and working through life’s obstacles as they move toward their goals while assisting others as mentors and role models within our learning community.
C. We will develop a system that will assist each athlete to achieve their personal highest level of athleticism and playing ability equal to their talent and effort that will push our team towards being the best we can be.
D. Develop a TEAM attitude of daily competitive excellence that will not allow anyone other than us to determine our level of competitive spirit.
