Involved with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising mental health staff
Plan and deliver research-based professional development opportunities for 200+ school psychologists, social workers, interns, and contractors
Co-lead multiple social-emotional learning grants in elementary schools (roughly $600k/year)
Coordinate crisis prevention, response, and postvention efforts in schools
