Reading
We will finish reading Mr. Popper's Penguins! Before we read each day we will go over key vocabulary words that we will encounter in our reading. Then at the end of each chapter we will answer comprehension questions.
Writing

This week during writing time we will be making a 2nd grade memory book. Be sure to check out the book when it comes home next Friday!
Math
Math
This week students will be completing a math project! They will work individually or in small groups to plan the perfect party. This project will allow students to practice multi-digit addition and subtraction.
Science/ Social Studies

This week we will be doing fun review activities for various science/social studies topics we have learned this year!
Spelling
Spelling
This week students will continue working in their Spelling Books. Students will complete 4 pages in their book during center time.
