A MakerSpace is a place where people get together to make things. MakerSpaces might focus on electronics, robotics, woodworking, sewing, laser cutting, programming, or some combination of these skills.
What do you do in a MakerSpace? The simple answer is you make things. Things that spring from your imagination. Things that inspire you. The informal, playful atmosphere allows learning to unfold. Making, rather than consuming is the focus.
