Creating an Individualized Reading Plan (IRP)
In this video, I walk you through the steps to create an Individualized Reading Plan (IRP) for a student, specifically focusing on a student in Ms. Caldwell's class. I demonstrate how to make a copy of the IRP form, share it with Michelle Moore, and fill in essential details such as the student's name, support levels, and intervention activities. I emphasize the importance of documenting baseline data and target scores, which include a phonemic awareness target of 39 and letter sounds target of 44. Please ensure to follow these steps carefully and keep track of the progress monitoring data as we move forward. Your attention to detail in this process is crucial for supporting our students effectively.
