Chenango Food Alliance is asking community members to complete the CFA Community Access Survey — 2026.

The survey asks about access to local meat, eggs, dairy, and related staples, including price, location, product type, package size, and preferred ways to receive support.

The survey takes about five minutes and will remain open through September 15, 2026.

This is a community listening survey. It is not an application for assistance, does not create eligibility, and does not promise future support.
